1.3 Fool Fix

I realised that I had included a Fool Special Ability but there was no tweak to the advancement table to unlock it.

This is what it should look like...

In other Dev notes, just pulling together a 1.4 for starting the Closed Beta - I'm approaching a smaller number of folks to look at it, as they're really raw, and not suitable for larger scale play. However, I'm really excited by them - there's a lot of stuff I think is neat in there.
